ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN PERU

Peru is a country rich in aquatic resources in marine and inland waters, mining, forestry, plant resources, animal resources of larger animals and small animals. Given its geography and climate of the coast, highlands and jungle cause they are all the resources mentioned above. All this has given an opportunity to make the people begin to undertake various businesses and companies. An important factor in the growth of entrepreneurship in Peru is that many lending companies such as banks, municipal banks are giving credit to the micro, small and big companies, are as natural persons and legal persons.

"According to the report of the 2011 Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM, for its acronym in English), created by specialists from Babson College, Peru ranked third in the world, in countries with higher rates in early-stage entrepreneurial activity (18-64 years), behind China and Chile. Also reported a 22.9% rate of entrepreneurial, ie one in five Peruvians was making some kind of venture. We also find some interesting facts, 84% of early-stage entrepreneurs in Peru provides up to 5 jobs, while in 2010 was 58%. Another interesting fact I found in Peru GEM report is that in our country, 42% of early-stage entrepreneurs are innovative in terms of combinations of market / product. 34% of these entrepreneurs introduced new or unknown products and 51% penetrated in markets with little or no competition. The message that these indicators give us is that there is room for creativity and innovation to develop new products and find niche markets. " Andres Velarde Talleri, UPN July 11, 2013.

"The other information that I found interesting is that in our country only 13% of entrepreneurs in early stage technology use, 15% technology with 1-5 years old and a great 72% use low technology or old technology . The message that these indicators give us is clear that we must be attentive to the development of technology and harness it efficiently managing to be competitive, both domestically and internationally. " Andres Velarde Talleri, UPN July 11, 2013.

In conclusion as I have been mentioning in previous articles "Making our Children entrepreneurs", is that they start the venture in his youth and as there are a number of obstacles in the path through an entrepreneur and businessman, them over time grow, know overcome obstacles and keep your business or company.
