LEARN TO BE HAPPY

If each of us conduct a survey and were to ask each person, we find over 18 years, and we told WANT TO BE HAPPY? the answer would: OBVIOUSLY WANT TO BE HAPPY. The question I ask is HOW TO TEACH PEOPLE TO BE HAPPY?. According to my personal experience and the desire to share with you, there are actions you must do:
1° We must know ourselves, eg what are the thoughts that dominate our mind, that I would do things that make me good food to keep me healthy health status, among other things.
2° Must love much of ourselves, we must treat ourselves to ourselves, not expecting the husband, loving friend, friends, children and your friends love you, many times we are waiting, to give more to others than to ourselves, We are the first, and provided first, the rest of the people are afterwards.
3 º To be free of the past, free future, the only real thing we have is the present, for example many people live longing for the past, but the past is gone and will not return, others live thinking of the future, but the future, not know what we like and still worrying, rather we have to think about the present, act as if jurisdiction the last moment of our lives, but that does not mean that we go from party to party, getting drunk, making harm to us same, what I mean is to enjoy nature, the eyes of a child, the chirping of birds, the smiles of our children and children biological or heart, hugs, kisses from our parents, the conversation with our friends or friends, life is beautiful.
